About: Lings Bar Hospital / Inpatient Nursing and Rehab (Lings Bar)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

You can't sleep when people shout out day and night. I feel it's not the place for them.

I can't really complain about anything. When I was ill last week there was no messing about, I got the care I needed. The staff work harder than they should have to. Nothing is too much trouble.

Thank you for taking the time to feed back your experience as a patient in Lings Bar Hospital.

I am sorry that your sleep was disturbed; as a rehabilitation hospital for older people we do have some patients who, due to their medical condition can be confused and disorientated.

Our ward staff do indeed work hard and I am pleased that you felt well looked after.
