"Caring nature of the treatment made my experience less stressful"

I recently underwent treatment for a frozen shoulder. I found the nurse that treated me to be friendly, professional at all times, making me feel very relaxed – and a very experienced and knowledgeable person. Because of the treatment and support I received, I was able to carry on my exercises in the comfort of my own home and have nearly reached the targets that I set out to aim for. Because I am employed full time my appointment times, when possible were given to me at convenient times. Because of the caring nature that I was shown it was made my experience less stressful. Thanks
