"In the hands of expert practitioners every step of the process"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

This afternoon I had the misfortune to fracture my right wrist when I fell at a London rail station. As an East Surrey resident, I fortunately, I decided to attend East Surrey hospital where the A&E staff proved to be outstanding. Dr Tarkan, E. P. Ann and Janette provided a fantastic service and I am completely confident that at every step of the process I was in the hands of expert practitioners.

I just wanted to pay a compliment to these outstanding clinicians for whom nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for taking great care of me this evening: I am extremely appreciative.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
