My husband was unfortunate enough to require in-patient care at MRI. There is a good teaching and learning culture for Doctors and clearly a high level of expertise in the various fields. For us that was where the positive experience ends ! Within the nursing team there was a lack of care, compassion and communication. One or two were kind and caring but most really couldn't care less. My husband did not feel safe nor cared for and we couldn't wait for him to be discharged Hopefully we won't need this hospital again.
