My father and mother have both been treated at Queen Elizabeth. The staff were excellent, even in difficult situations. Both of my parents were treated with respect and courtesy.
The cleaning was poor. The ward domestic did not change the water in or out of the infectious room my father was in & her attitude was horrible.
The nurses were fantastic although clearly under huge pressure almost all of the time. They often had no breaks for hours at a time. My only criticism was that they weren't always discreet when talking around the ward. I knew what was wrong with several people from conversations around me.
In all, i would definitely go here as my local hospital for treatment - although I hope not to need it!
"Good staff, but indiscreet"
