Just wanted to say how much at ease you make us as parents and more importantly our 10 year old son. You listen to our worries and explain everything in depth, thank you to all the team and particularly James who is always smiling and will do anything to help.

As a parent I know it can be really stressful and daunting when you have to attend medical appointments for your children.

It's satisfying to know our team took time to allay your worries by explaining everything in depth.
