About: HMP Nottingham

(as a relative),

I am concerned that my son is not receiving any continuing mental health care at this establishment after transferring from other areas. I have my concerns that he may have a relapse due to not having been assessed there.

Thank you for raising your concerns. We have an open referral system to the mental health team that enables the individual, staff or family to raise concerns and request an assessment. In addition, myself and the clinical Matrons are happy to speak to concerned family members, whilst maintaining patient confidentiality and you can contact us through the prison switchboard or the prison safer custody helpline.
