"Phlebotomy Blood Tests"

May I first of all reply to anonymous October 2014 re two hour wait. Firstly I have been coming to this department for the past 8 years to have my regular bloods taken and I give the staff of this department 5++stars. I have always been greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost respect. This is a very busy department running on minimum staff and most of the time I know that over 100 patients can seen in this department in a morning alone! So on that note my review is Excellent service and I would not want to go anywhere else.
