I am 63 years old and do not feel it because of two knee replacements I had at the University Hospital Harlepool. Thanks to Dr Nicolas Cook, his team and all ward staff concerned for the fantastic treatment I recieved.
My family have noticed the differance in my general outlook and zest for doing things.
I am no longer embarrassed to walk past a window and see the reflection of my terribly bandy legs, they are now straight and true.
I am now working in Abu-Dhabi as Project manager and am managing quite well, I can cover the whole site very well without any discomfort and I am running 2 kilometers a day on a gym tread mill (I am not sure if this exercise is recomended).
I worked in Nigeria and was known by the locals as "catapult legs". I also worked in Thailand and was called by the locals as "goal post legs". Not any more.
Thank you again.
