My wife was extremely anxious about an operative proceedure (biopsy) she was due to undergo this morning. I managed to convince her to go to the hospital but once there she became even more distraught and kept saying she couldn't go through with it. Several staff tried to calm her but the anaesthetist (David) came to the rescue and with extreme professionalism managed to calm my wife and convince her to undergo the biopsy.
