"Staff on Ward 12 North Tyneside General"

My Uncle was /still is until tomorrow on Ward 12 and is getting transferred to Ward 19, all the time he was in the staff have been absolutely marvellous, they have, because he was in a room on his own, have allowed me to visit out of visiting times, they have kept me informed every step of the way regarding my Uncle, nothing has been a bother to them although he wasn't the best of patients and sometimes was extremely difficult due to his illness, nothing was a bother to them. Today the Nurse from Ward 19 Kathy came to see me, explained everything to me, then the Doctor came and also explained everything to me regarding where he was being transferred to. North Tyneside has unfortunately not got the best of reviews from people, but myself cannot fault them whatsoever, every Nurse I came in contact with has been so friendly, so cheerful, and to me as a patients relative nothing was a bother to them, I would like to say to them all a very Big Thank You.
