"My treatment"

I recently came in for a procedure which, although routine, ended up not going smoothly at all. The surgeon and the staff were wonderful. They got me through a difficult situation with kindness and care above and beyond. What could have been hugely traumatic was made bearable by their support and kindness alone. I just wish every patient could experience this level of commitment and support in every medical situation. I really can't praise them too highly.
