Yesterday I was admitted to the Arthur South day procedure clinic. At reception the young lady was very professional checking my details, from there onto the ward where I was visited by the anaesthetist and my consultant to explain my procedure. When my turn came for the op. I was taken to theatre and my op. was done. Everyone involved was so professional, made one feel at ease and confident in their care. I would like to personally thank everyone on duty during my short stay. Many thanks to you all.
