i was asked by nmgh to attend the blood room to give blood, I waited almost 3 hours to do so and paid £4 parking fee. After a week no results were forthcoming so I had to phone the hospital and they said they would look into it. I then received a letter saying the blood sample had been lost or contaminated and advised me to arrange for another test!
