(as a relative),

I had cause to use the walk in centre on two occasions recently as my son had a nasty infection to his finger.

The staff, both clerical and clinical, were professional and I found the service to be excellent.

The second time I used the service my son was seen by Sue Chapman and Sophie, a student. When we left the walk in my son told me that he really liked the nurses in there because they make him better.

I just felt I had to write and let you know that the service you provide is second to none. Thank you.
