The food is excellent, a good choice, healthy and delivered hot. A good selection suitable for people needing pureed, vegetarian or regular and the food staff and cleaning staff are friendly and thorough. Feel if you are disabled or infirm you are marked as a problem child from offset, if you turn up via 999 you are unable to bring your mobility aids with you in ambulance and there are no basic supplies via physio people eg trolley so if you wanted to you cannot get to toilet safely by yourself and independence is limited for this reason only- this means you are forced to use call bell / ask nurse and this is not welcomed- this excludes disabled/infirm/mobility challenged folk from independence- I would not expect major aids to be there but after having major stomach surgery to only be offered a no wheel zimmer frame to move which mean I have to lift it up to move and therefore cause pain does not seem suitable. The toilet facilities are excellent if you can get to them as is bathing/ showering.
