Further to my previous review - Thanks to the local intervention of a senior member nursing staff on Ward 10, cajoling, sweet talk etc the current issue has been resolved. However I believe that QMC management should be both aware and addressing the communication route, especially when, as in this case, the patient is unable to be part of the process.
