"Disabled Parking"

About: Heartlands Hospital

I don't expect the hospital runs the parking, but my wife recently spent a week on ward 23, they were all brilliant - thank you all so much. Now, l am disabled and must say the disabled parking arrangements are shocking. Up the hill, then down a steep slope, where the pay machine is situated. It was impossible for me to push my chair out of this car park. The fees are a bit harsh too £3.75 per visit, its a lot for someone who only receives £71 per week ESA. If l parked in the main car park there only about 6 spaces, and when l checked all but two spaces did not have blue badge displayed.
