Presenting with intra-ocular bleeding in the morning, I was seen quickly and the condition diagnosed within an hour. Given an appointment for laser treatment late the same afternoon, this was carried out with minimal delay and great efficiency. I was impressed by the professionalism of all the staff I saw and the sympathetic way they treated their patients despite the obviously heavy workload.
