About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I had a very positive experience at the cardio clinic. A very pleasant young woman explained that I was to have an echocardiogram? I'm not sure that it is the right description but it was a scan using jelly. She was very informative and put me literally at ease.

The consultant I saw, whose name I do not remember was extremely kind and reassuring. The whole experience was extremely positive. I was not kept waiting at all. A definite 5
