(as the patient),

My friend had to call the 999 ambulance service for me when I became hypoglycemic.

Sam Jones came to see me, she was great. I am a diabetic with a few other complications –Sam advised me what to do if I became hypoglycemic again. All the paramedics are lovely but Sam was extremely lovely.
