"Lord North Ward"

About: The Maidstone Hospital

Sadly our brother Andrew died the end of July. He had been fighting cancer for 41/2 years. He was in and out of that ward throughout that time. The staff on that ward from the cleaners, the people who changed his water, nurses, doctors were amazing. They all loved Andy and he loved them. They were professional, loving, kind, caring and they fought for him to the very end. They treated him with dignity and respect, they laughed with him and they cried with him. They told us that we the family were just as important as him. Thank you Lord North we will always be in your debt and you will always be in our hearts. You only get to hear of negatives well we are the positives you are all stars, thank you for loving our brother. Jackie and Sue xx
