"Great Commmunity Matron"

The Community Matron is great. She comes to the house to see how you are getting on, has your patient records in order to liaise with doctors and follows up appointments for you. She takes your blood pressure and listens to your problems. She encourages you to do certain tasks which she knows will help your condition. We always look forward to her coming.

She is always smiling and is easy to talk to. We see her as a friend, and everyone who has complex health conditions should experience the Community Matron service.
