I have recently been discharged from William Harvey Hospital and have to commend the Trust on the excellent service that I recieved. From the start of my journey through the emergency system the standard of care was exceptional.

The emergency department was first class and professional, Clinical Decision Unit is an absolute credit and your short stay unit was very good. An enviable emergency service delivered by effective and efficient staff who are a credit to the NHS.
