About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

Made me feel more confident about myself. Not prepared to accept any rude/abusive behaviour, feel like a human being with opinions which should be allowed to be heard without being told – what do you know, you don’t know what you are talking about or who are you etc

Prepared to go out of my comfort zone regardless of how it turns out.

Course was amazing,
