"Shocking"

My daughter has Aspergers and has been at st Andrews for 6 weeks. I have little confidence in the non profit making organisation. Some staff are nice, others are very rude and haven't a clue what they are doing. I worry they have a financial interest in keeping my daughter there as long as possible to milk hundreds of thousands off our local NHS trust. The model is all wrong, communication is pathetic, you are treated like relatives of a criminal and we can't wait to get our daughter home but fear they will do little to help her.
