About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was referred on 23rd March by my doctor for a shoulder X-ray. It took a month for the initial letter to be sent out. It appeared the Thursday before Easter so it was after Easter before I could make an appointment. Consequently I have had to wait until the end of May for an appointment. I am in extreme pain as it has been two months since I first went to my doctor.

However, it is unclear from your comments where the delay of your referral occurred, as x-ray appointments are not arranged by TRAQS. As all feedback is anonymous, if you would like to contact us on 01952 580441 I would be happy to look into the circumstances relating to your referral to establish whether TRAQS could have provided you with a better service.
