Yesterday I had to attend the NNUH for an endoscopy procedure. From the time I entered the hospital I was treated with dignity and respect by every member of staff from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors who carried out the procedure.
I was kept informed throughout the procedure which was carried out in a very efficient manner.
Thank you very much for being so understanding of my nervousness and diagnosing my problem for me and GP.
