"Ward 19 - brilliant staff"

Ward 19 is a day ward for surgery. The ward itself is pretty much big standard day ward with no tvs. But the staff really do make up for it. My nurse is just an absolute gem, she explained everything that was going on, everything she was doing was explained, and also made sure I was ok by checking in with me every 10-15 mins. This is the kind of care you would expect at private hospital. I have no hesitation in saying if you ever find yourself on Ward 19, you will be looked after like a king or queen. The department head should be really proud of the standard they have achieved.
