Last week in the morning I was really concerned about my husband, who is a victim of multiple strokes. I phoned the 111 service who ordered an ambulance to attend. The ambulance arrived within minutes and my husband was very quickly assessed by two really nice paramedics, Neil and Rob, who were professional, kind and considerate. Fortunately my husband was fine and did not need to be hospitalised. I just want to say thank you to Neil and Rob and to the South West Ambulance Service.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
