"Early Pregnancy Unit"

Visited the unit for a scan following an early miscarriage. Was very impressed with the level of support and care given. This could have been a very upsetting appointment but the care from the sonographer and the nurse was incredibly sensitive and turned it into an encouraging and reassuring experience. My husband was allowed to be with me at all times, we were given as much time as we needed and all of the ladies were offered a private area in which to wait if they felt they needed space.
