I was referred by my GP. I was very impressed by the politeness of staff and very clean hospital. I knew I was having an operation that day, but was not exactly on time from 12:30 onwards. Everything was explained to me, good communication. I felt that the atmosphere was calm.
It only took 3 months for me to get an operation to have a Ganglion removed, it is just getting better.
For the pre-op I came in on the wrong day, it was totally my fault, i had read my appointment card wrongly, i went on wednesday instead of thursday. But they sorted it and fitted me in anyway.
Mr Garder was a very friendly surgeon.
The food was great, they provided me with toast after my operation. Things were explained to me, and I felt very much at ease.
In terms of cleanliness, a patient bled all over the floor near to me, but straight away it was cleaned up.
