What I liked

My daughter was treated in the Cancer Unit both as an out-patient and an in-patient over a nine month period.We admired the professional, considerate and kind way in which my daughter and our family were treated.

In particular the Consultants regularly kept us informed, the junior doctors were friendly and efficient and the nursing staff were beyond reproach, sympathetic and kind.

What could be improved

In the whole 9 month period we never once found the shuttle bus to/from the car park available where and when we needed it.

Anything else?

Despite the outcome for our daughter being unsuccessful we have only admiration and appreciation of the treatment and loving care at the QE Cancer Unit. We consider that we were fortunate to have had access to the facilities available at the QE.
