About: NHS Ayrshire & Arran

(as the patient),

I went to the Racecourse Road Medical practice nurse with my two daughters for travel vaccinations. Avril the nurse had prepared what vaccines we needed - explained things fully and put us all at ease. She made us feel safe and relaxed. Well done and thank you.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Thank you very much for letting us know about this lovely experience and it that it all went so well. It will be a weight off your mind knowing that the vaccinations have been done and are off the list. I take it you are going on an exciting trip and I hope you all have a fantastic time (please so not spare a thought for us back here still working away!).
