My 15 year old son had minor injury to his hand and it is probably a small break.
I brought him up to the Alex A&E in late June. We went through the minor injuries treatment process and X-ray.
My son would not fill in a friends and family return, he is a 15 year old boy, but even he was commenting on how politely and professionally he was treated and he observed and talked about how other patients were also being treated by all the team.
It was a pleasure to see an efficient, caring, professional team in action and nice to feel proud of the NHS.
Regardless of the service a changes hat happen as clinical practice develops and changes the staff were a credit to the Alex.
"Even my son commented on how professionally he was treated "
