Thanks to Integrated Community Adult Services, Newark & Sherwood. Words cannot express the devastation we felt when mum died, but her journey and ours was made so much easier thanks to all your help. The kindness, honesty and love you showed to mum, dad and all of us was amazing. We could not have got through the last few months without your input.

We know that mum would want to express her great thanks to you all. Dad speaks regularly of those of you who had input to mum’s care especially Donna, who he described the other day to a relative as like another ‘daughter’.

You should all be proud of the service you provide. You are a credit to your profession and the NHS.
