"Missed ankle fracture at Lewes Hospital"

having presented myself at Lewes hospital after a fall down some stairs ( i misjudged the staircase ) I was looked over by the nurse on duty and assured that it was merely a muscle tear and at no point was i offered an X-Ray.

After a fortnight of agony my GP referred me to Brighton hospital where I had an X-ray and the pictures showed that i had actually broken my fibula, having recently resigned from work to go to another job this has now left me without pay for at least six weeks. I can't begin to describe my anger at the inefficiency.
