Thank you for your comments this is clearly not the standard of care we expect any of our patients to receive. I am sorry that you have not yet been contacted in respect of your referral into our services. The Trust takes it responsibilities in respect to the 18 week referral to treatment pathway very seriously. Each patient’s referral is tracked on a weekly basis through a dedicated waiting list monitoring group. Where it is predicted that there may be pressures in certain specialities additional capacity is put in place to deal with that demand. Without your specific details this is difficult to answer.
