What I liked

The nursing staff and the cleaning staff were delightful. Their work was impeccable. Always done with unfailing good humour, dignity, consideration, efficient and effective. Quite Superb. First rate.

What could be improved

I would have appreciated a brief consultation with at least, a member of my Consultants' team, just for reassurance, during the 8 days that I was there.
