"Excellent department"

I have rheumatoid arthritis and have been a patient of this department for 17 years. In that time I have had the same consultant who has given me consistently good care. The nurses are all very friendly and accommodating and they are the best to have for a blood test. She always gets the vein the first time. I would also like to point out that the staff responsible for admin and appointments have also been friendly and accommodating.
