"nothing but praise"

I've never been in a place that takes children so seriously, centres themselves around their welfare ,and yet still manage to respect and look after parents too. Our little boy was in day surgery yesterday and you all made a difficult day much, much easier. He is still talking about going to theatre on a quad bike, and all the toys you had! Big thank you for the monkey book too, which really helped me explain things in an appropriate manner. Thank you for everything!
