"Audiology department"

An excellent service. I called up today with a problem, they told me about the drop in clinic, I dropped in thinking it would be the beginning of a series of appointments to get sorted out. I took a ticket, waited 2 hours (to be fair with no appointment, there is no way of knowing how many people need to drop in) and was seen, sorted, given a new hearing aid and dont need to go back. The staff did the their very best and as a result I am very impressed with this service. Well done audiology!
