"Ward 3 and SAU"

My mum has been an inpatient on both these wards for the past two weeks; safeguarding team and palliative care were also involved in her care. She received excellent care from all members of the team, from the girls who brought her meals and tea to the senior consultants. I was kept informed about all aspects of her treatment/prognosis and really appreciate that I was able to be involved in treatment plans. She came home today following a life threatening illness 100% improved for which I will always be grateful. thank you UHA and the NHS, we are lucky to have you.
