Had an appointment with rheumatologist, who was extremely thorougher, explained everything she did. Blood test lady was lovely, as I am nervous of needles and the nurses were very friendly. I have been to Queens Hospital in the past and even though the staff were good it always seemed rushed and no one had time to talk you through anything properly. I would recommend this hospital.
