"Excellent care and treatment"

Having entered Medway with some trepidation I was relieved to find my experience was so much better than I had feared.From pre-op,recovery and Ocelot ward I was treated with the utmost care and compassion from all the staff.Any medication required was given immediately and any concerns dealt with promptly.The ward and surrounding areas were kept clean and sheets changed frequently.The staff work so hard in challenging situations and I cannot thank them and my surgeon and his team enough. The only complaint is the nurse from Eliot ward who took my blood during my pre-op assessment.She pierced right through my vein resulting in severe bruising and swelling which horrified the staff in the hospital as it looked like my arm was fractured.
