this is a short review regarding a knee op i had at pinehill in march 2014. my first feeling was how calm and quiet the whole procedure was from consultation to pre op tests and to the day of the op, as a very infrequent patient this made my very reassured and comfortable and as such i did not have a single worry and actually treated the whole experience as a positive one.i was in and out in one day as informed and found all the staff who dealt with me to be friendly and proffesional. the whole hospital was clean and tidy and when i came round after the op i had a cup of tea and started feeling better straight away.a snack was supplied which was very nice and by late afternoon i was on my feet and able to walk out and leave on my own .the op to repair cartilage and flush out made such a difference as i can now sleep with no pain so my surgeon did a brilliant job and i cannot thank all the people involved enough.only one small thing -parking can be a problem so arrive early in case its full. overall a very positive experience, thank you.
