"Appointments in General"

Waited months for an appointment for a problem with my foot. As I am self employed cancelled all my appointments for that afternoon only to be called four days before to be told that the clinic was cancelled. I ring up this morning to find out what is going on and nobody can explain why. I now have to wait another month and a half for the next available slot. I only got that slot by asking to speak to the woman on the phones manager. The first woman I spoke to told me that I was on a waiting list for patients who didn't have appointments! The manager managed to find me one but nearly two months from now. This trust is a nightmare.
