"I can't praise her enough"

I called 111 after calling my doctors surgery and being told I was 2 minutes too late for them to do anything.

My 9 week old son had developed a rash and I was worried and after some advice. I called 111 and spoke to a lady called June. She went through all the questions as normal. She was so lovely and reassured me. She was really friendly and made me feel a lot better about everything and also made me feel very glad I called. I sometimes feel call takers of services like this make you feel stupid or as if you're worrying too much but June was brilliant, I can't praise her enough.
