About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Cardiothoracic surgery

(as the patient),

I had 2 heart attacks recently and was treated on wards 220, 221 and 223. In February I had a triple by-pass. I am now recovering well.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr Qamar Abid and his team, also to all the nursing and ward staff for the care, kindness and excellent treatment I received.

You may not remember me I but assure you I remember all of you and will be forever grateful to you for giving me my life back.
