What I liked

All members of staff were Helpful, Polite and Respectful. I have stayed on the cardiac ward on several occasions and a regular visitor to the heart failure clinic. I have experienced on each visit or inpatient the consultants are informative and fully aware of my needs and referred me to the correct medical team, the doctors did not stop investigating my condition until they made a diagnoses unlike the previous hospital that discharged me with serious health problems.

What could be improved

I feel that the out patient appointment system should be revised, due to the hospital actually making the cancellation, the next appointment can be months apart.

Anything else?

In my experience I have found that this hospital is 1st class, as I was referred here for a second opinion by my G.P I would highly recommand St Georges to anyone.
